2023 Annual Toy Drive
Working in conjunction with our annual Christmas Baskets Sponsor a Family Program
Glen Ellyn Junior Woman’s Club is once again preparing for our annual Christmas Baskets Sponsor a Family Program. Last year, the Christmas Baskets Program provided food, clothing, toiletries, toys, and gifts to 148 needy families and seniors – 602 people total - within the Glen Ellyn community.
The toys that you donate are distributed to all the children on our sponsored families list – over 200+ children total - for the 2023 Holiday season. All our sponsored families are local and live within the boundaries of our Glen Ellyn School Districts (D41 and D89 combined).

There's still time to give!
We've successfully gathered toy donations from schools, but the opportunity to contribute is still open! Collection boxes remain at Two Hound Red Brewing (486 Pennsylvania Ave, Glen Ellyn) and Glen Ellyn Pediatric Dentistry (45 S. Park Blvd. Suite #105 Glen Ellyn) until tomorrow afternoon.
EXTRA CHANCE TO GIVE: A collection box will be available outside Parkview Community Church (764 St Charles Rd, Glen Ellyn) TOMORROW, Dec. 14th, from 7 AM to 8 PM.
Swing by anytime tomorrow to drop off your unwrapped toys. Feel free to pop in to see our dedicated team of elves wrapping, organizing, and preparing for Delivery Day. Bring the kids! As it’s a magical day filled with Christmas spirit and community cheer.

Please donate a new, unwrapped toy for a child (male, female, or non-gender specific) between the ages of birth - 11 years of age
WILL HELP MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Books, crafts, Lego sets, gift cards, and other items suited for older children (9-11) are GREATLY needed and are GREATLY appreciated. The older age range tends to get the least amount of donations for boys and girls alike.
TO THOSE WHO ARE STRUGGLING
To participate in our toy drive you can purchase toys in person - shop local! - or shop online using our Amazon Wish List and either ship the toys directly to our collection site for wrapping or drop the toys at one of our local collection sites.

Toy Collection Options
Some D89 and D41 are hosting toy collection boxes. A list of participating schools is bellow. If you do not have an elementary school child or your school is not hosting a collection box, please see our other options below.
Option 1
Ship toys directly to our collection site and we will wrap the toys for you.
Option 2
Shop online, in-person - or shop local! - and drop donation toys at one of our local collections sites for sorting and wrapping
